Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, BillWell combines a medical billing team with decades of experience with a dedicated Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) division. Most billing companies stop at claim submission. We built our company around what happens next: the denials, the underpayments, and the out-of-network disputes where providers leave the most money on the table.
Our team blends career billers, certified coders, and dispute specialists with payer-side experience, people who know how claims get paid because they have worked both sides of the table.
